Man sues Asghar Ali Syed for negligence in car collision accident

Cristian Ortega has filed a lawsuit against Asghar Ali Syed in the District Court of Harris County, Texas. The case, with ID 2024-28067 and dated May 1, 2024, revolves around an alleged car collision that resulted in serious bodily injuries to the plaintiff.

On September 22, 2023, Ortega was traveling within Harris County when he was involved in a collision caused by Syed. The plaintiff accuses the defendant of negligence and reckless disregard for safety on the road.

Additionally, Ortega seeks compensation for property damages including the difference in market value of his property before and after the accident.
