Injunction filed against assisted living facility without license

The state of Texas has filed a restraining order and permanent injunction to stop Eppie Hill, doing business as Tyrell House, from operating her assisted living facility. She has been operating the facility without a license.
The petition was filed with the Jefferson County District Court on June 8, and the case has been referred to Criminal District Attorney Tom Maness. Judge Donald Floyd, 172nd Judicial Court, will preside over the case.
The assisted living facility is located at 5733 Mel-Sha Lane, Beaumont, Texas 77705.
