    The application was filed Aug. 27 in Jefferson County District Court.

    The original loan was for $67,500. The amount owing is $67,161.83.

    The lender is represented by the Hughes, Watters & Askanase law firm.

    The application was filed Aug. 27 in Jefferson County District Court.
