Recent real estate foreclosures filed in Jefferson County

  • Wells Fargo Bank has filed an application to foreclose on the property of Ronnie and Kathy Taylor, located at 2001 Central Drive, Beaumont, Texas 77706.

    The application was filed Aug. 14 in Jefferson County District Court.

    The original loan was for $220,000. The amount owing is 247,268.62.

    The lender is represented by the Barrett, Daffin, Frappier, Turner and Engel law firm.
