The application was filed Jan. 20 in Jefferson County District Court.
The defendants have not made a payment on the loan since May 1.
The lender is represented by the Plano law firm McCarthy, Holthus & Ackerman.
Judge Gary Sanderson, 63rd District Court, has been assigned to the case.
