The lawyer for an outdoor company claims the company is set to receive an unspecified amount of money after a judgment was entered in its favor.
The West McDowell Justice Court Precinct Maricopa County in Arizona entered a judgment in favor of CBS Outdoor and against defendant Aesha on Feb. 8.
The judgment was later filed with the court on April 2, according to the affidavit of filing foreign judgment filed on May 17 in Jefferson County District Court.
CBS filed the present action in an attempt to collect the unspecified sum of money it says it is owed.
R. Gary Shapley of Houston will be representing it.
The case has been assigned to Judge Gary Sanderson, 60th District Court.
