HOUSTON - A man is claiming Saltgrass Steak House negligently failed to train its staff, alleging in his suit that an employee struck him on the back of the neck with a drink tray.
Seeking up to $75,000 in damages, Gregory Green filed his suit March 1 in Harris County District Court.
According to the lawsuit, on Aug. 22 Green was at a Houston Saltgrass when an employee was passing through holding a tray with drinks, which struck him on the back of his neck.
Green is suing for his medical expenses, pain, mental anguish and impairment.
