HOUSTON - A woman is suing Radom Capital, claiming she stepped into an uneven pothole in a parking lot and fell.
Alleging premises liability, Maryam Rahman filed her suit March 11 in Harris County District Court.
According to the lawsuit, on Aug. 10, 2022, Rahman was walking to a salon when she stepped into an “uneven pot hole in the parking lot and fell,” suffering injuries that required medical care.
The plaintiff is alleging gross negligence, accusing the defendants of acting with conscious indifference to the rights of others.
She is suing for her mental anguish, medical care, impairment and disfigurement.
