HOUSTON - An alleged slippery substance in a parking lot has resulted in a slip and fall lawsuit against Landmark Industries.
Seeking less than $1 million in damages, Sherri Gartica filed her suit March 8 in Harris County District Court.
According to the lawsuit, on June 3, 2022, Gartica was at a Timewise Store “when she slipped and fell due to a slippery substance in the parking lot.”
Gartica alleges there were no warning signs in the parking lot and is accusing the defendant of negligence.
