HOUSTON - A slip and fall lawsuit seeking up to $1 million in damages has been brought against Fiesta Mart.
Alleging negligence, Diana Luz Pecina Flores filed the suit on March 22 in Harris County District Court.
According to the lawsuit, on Aug. 15, 2023, the plaintiff was shopping at the defendant’s store when she slipped on water that the defendant failed to clean up.
