In a case filed in the County Civil Court at Law No. 2 of Harris County, Texas, plaintiff Odie Johnson is suing defendants Alexander Ross Miller and Rosa Irma Villanueva. The lawsuit, with court case ID 1223915, was lodged on March 11, 2024.
The plaintiff alleges that on April 25, 2022, he was a passenger in a vehicle driven by defendant Miller when it was T-boned by a vehicle operated by defendant Villanueva at the intersection of Franklin and Milam in Houston.
