Odie Johnson sues Alexander Ross Miller and Rosa Irma Villanueva for alleged negligence causing severe physical injuries

In a case filed in the County Civil Court at Law No. 2 of Harris County, Texas, plaintiff Odie Johnson is suing defendants Alexander Ross Miller and Rosa Irma Villanueva. The lawsuit, with court case ID 1223915, was lodged on March 11, 2024.

The plaintiff alleges that on April 25, 2022, he was a passenger in a vehicle driven by defendant Miller when it was T-boned by a vehicle operated by defendant Villanueva at the intersection of Franklin and Milam in Houston. As a result of this collision, Johnson claims to have suffered severe physical injuries leading to pain and suffering for which he sought medical treatment.

Johnson is seeking monetary relief of no more than $250,000 for his incurred and future medical expenses resulting from the accident. He alleges negligence on part of both defendants for failing to maintain proper lookout, timely application of brakes to avoid collision among other charges.
