In the County Civil Court at Law No. 4 of Harris County, Texas, Trane U.S. Inc., represented by Eva S. Engelhart of Ross, Banks, May, Cron & Cavin, P.C., has filed a lawsuit against R Hughes Company (Case ID: NO223772). The case was filed on March 11, 2024.
Trane U.S. Inc. alleges that it sold and delivered goods and services to R Hughes Company for which it was not paid. The plaintiff claims that the defendant failed to pay an outstanding amount of $81,611.54 despite repeated demands.
