HOUSTON - A slip and fall lawsuit seeking up to $1 million in damages has been brought against 99 Cents Only Stores Texas.
Alleging negligence, Maria Delgado filed her suit April 5 in Harris County District Court.
According to the lawsuit, on July 14, 2023, Delgado was shopping at a 99 Cents Only Stores in Houston when she slipped and fell on an unknown substance, causing her to suffer injuries.
There were no warning signs in the area, the suit states.
