In the District Court of Harris County, Texas, Ke Chen, representing the wrongful death beneficiary and heir of Yuh-Ming An, deceased, has filed a lawsuit against MAGA Line Transportation LLC. The case is identified as 2024-25610 and was filed on April 19, 2024. The plaintiff alleges negligence on the part of the defendant leading to the wrongful death of Yuh-Ming An.

The plaintiff, Ke Chen, is represented by Muery, Farrell & Kelly PC while the defendant can be served through their registered agent Wenwen Wang. The lawsuit stems from events that occurred when Yuh-Ming An was employed as a long-haul truck driver for MAGA Line Transportation LLC. It is alleged that An complained about extended work hours and left the company in early 2022 but returned after meeting with the company's owner in September of that year.

On December 12, 2022, An reportedly experienced severe health issues while at a truck stop near Burley, Idaho. Despite emergency medical intervention and transport to multiple hospitals for advanced care, An passed away on December 14 due to brain herniation, cerebellar hemorrhage, and hypertensive emergency.

Ke Chen seeks judgment against MAGA Line Transportation LLC for negligence leading to unsafe working conditions which allegedly caused An's fatal cerebellar hemorrhage. Monetary relief sought exceeds $1 million.
