Stanley W. Wright, court-appointed receiver for Westside Surgical Hospital, LLC and Westside Surgical Holdings, LLC has filed a lawsuit against Innovative Pathology Laboratory Services LLC and other defendants listed in Exhibit "A". The case was filed in the District Court of Harris County, Texas under the case ID 2024-18532 on March 22, 2024.
Wright accuses the defendants of fraudulent transfers and/or conveyances, insider transactions, and related claims which facilitated the financial collapse of Westside Surgical Hospital and its affiliated holding company. The defendants are predominantly licensed medical testing laboratories that received funds from Westside Surgical Hospital.
The plaintiff seeks monetary relief over $1,000,000 as well as all other relief to which he is entitled. The damages sought are within the jurisdictional limits of the court.
