Sharon Montgomery sues Memorial Hermann Health System for systemic failures in liver transplant program

In the District Court of Harris County, Texas, Sharon Montgomery, individually and as representative of the estate of John Montgomery, has filed a lawsuit against Memorial Hermann Health System and University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth). The case is registered under ID 2024-25077 and was filed on April 18, 2024.

The plaintiff is represented by McGehee * Chang, Landgraf, Feiler. The defendants are accused of systemic failures in Memorial Hermann’s liver transplant program that resulted in harm and death. The plaintiff seeks monetary relief aggregating more than $50,000.
