A suspended elementary assistant principle will ask Judge Patrick Clark, 128th District Court, on Dec. 31 to mandatorily reinstate her to her position. Jamie Wilson filed a petition for declaratory judgment and restraining order after the West Orange Cove Consolidated Independent School District suspended her from her position as assistant principle at Anderson Elementary.Wilson learned she would be suspended on Nov. 26. Her petition was filed with the Orange County District Court on Dec. 14, and her hearing has been slated for Dec. 31.
