Watson, a resident of Bexar County, Texas, was a passenger in a vehicle driven by defendant Aaron Green. The incident occurred when Green attempted to exit Interstate 20 in Abilene, Taylor County. At the same time, defendant Yohendney Ramos Castillo was driving another vehicle with an attached trailer owned or leased by defendant Puerto Padre Trucking LLC.
The plaintiff asserts that both Green and Castillo failed to keep a proper lookout, control their speed, make safe lane changes or apply brakes timely to avoid the collision. Furthermore, it is alleged that they drove inattentively and took faulty evasive action which resulted in the accident.
